Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

All capitalized terms appearing herein that are not defined bear the meaning attributed to them in the Terms of Service, which are to be read as applicable with and in conjunction to the Return, Exchange & Refunds Policy (the “Policy”).
This Policy is provided in the English language and any other version in any other language is provided for convenience only. Should any conflict arise between the English language version of this Policy and any other version, as such may be from time to time, the English language version shall prevail.
FAULTY PRODUCT RETURNS
1.1 If the product(s) you have purchased from us is/are faulty, wrongly described or substantially different from a sample shown, then we will meet our legal obligations in the country in which the products were purchased.
1.2 If a product or products have been delivered to you before you decided to cancel your order or terminate your registered account to the Website, then you must return such products to us, without undue delay, and in any event no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the day on which you have given us notification that you wish to terminate either the specific order of products or your registered account. For details on how to return products please see “Returns Process”, below.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
2.1 Except as listed below in section 4, if you change your mind about the product(s) you have purchased from the Site, we will provide you with a coupon for an amount equivalent to the price of the purchased product for return, which you may redeem up to three (3) months after the day of issuance of the coupon (hereinafter the “Coupon”), subject to the following conditions and relevant and applicable European Union regulations regarding the sale of goods:
2.1.1 Products purchased from the Site can be returned at any time within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase.
2.1.2 Items to be returned must be in their original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused, with all original tags and/or labels still attached).
2.2 You may be asked or prompted to provide personal details for successful returns or exchanges. These details will be used for the purpose of processing the return.
NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
We will NOT accept returns on any of the following products:
Intimates (face masks, underwear, swimwear etc.)
Gift cards
EXCHANGES
Apparel & accessories – exchanges for the same item in a different size will not incur any additional charges. If the new item is a different product (including where the item is the same but in a different color) and there is a price difference, you may need to pay such difference.
We do NOT provide refunds on such items, but we do replace them for the same product purchased (as applicable).
5. RETURNS PROCESS
If you wish to return your purchased items, please follow the below process:
Contact our customer support at customer@mydirtyhobbyshop.com to request a “Return Merchandise Authorization” number.
You will subsequently receive an email with a return number.
Pack the product(s) you would like to return and post.
Once the returned product(s) is/are received, we will notify you via email in the next one to give (1-5) business days regarding the acceptance of the return (subject to the terms stated herein) and issue your Coupon. If the returned item(s) does/do not meet the standards of this policy, in our sole but reasonable discretion, your order will be sent back to you and no Coupon will be issued.
